- 105 gr Gula pasir.

- Masukkan adonan bahan B bertahap ke dalam adonan bahan A, aduk lipat menggunakan spatula smp rata & homogen.
- Tuang dlm loyang 22 cm yang sudah dioles margarine dan dialasi kertas..
- Panggang selama 70-80 menit atau smp matang dengan teknik au bain marie (loyang utama alasi loyang lain yg lebih besar dan sudah diberi air panas setinggi 1 cm). Lakukan test tusuk..
